Potluck Dinner, Film and Discussion Evenings
Members and friends of Huronia Unitarian Fellowship take turns choosing a film and hosting this monthly event. Recent films include: "The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill", "Who Killed the Electric Car?"," Dixie Chicks: Shut Up and Sing" and "The Sea Inside".They generated lively discussion about environmental and social justice issues. Check the newsletter for details of this month’s film title, host, time and place.
Open Mic Nite
Huronia Unitarian Fellowship sponsored a thriving Open Mic Nite at the Green Leaf Café (79A Dunlop St. W. in downtown Barrie) on the third Thursday of the month, starting at 7:30. Participants came prepared with music or spoken word or just sat back and enjoyed.

The Green Leaf Café has unfortunately closed. We continue to search for
a new venu for the very successful Open Mike nights.
